Company History

Just prior to that, Don Crabb and his friend Ross Richardson were working for a mortgage insurance company. They were working to stop the tide of foreclosures facing their employer. Both were seasoned real estate professionals who had experience in managing investment properties.

Don saw a need for a company that could offer good solid management, capable of handling the many foreclosures that were sure to be purchased by investors. Don quit his safe salaried job to pursue his vision. Don’s vision proved true, and he was able to help investors acquire greatly discounted properties, which he faithfully managed. As time went by, Don sold some for millions of dollars in investor profits. Not all of Don’s early investors sold their properties. Many of the rental homes managed by Click Realty, Inc. today are properties acquired by Don’s work in the 1980’s. These investors have found that their properties provide them with a stable worry free income.

Ross continued in the corporate structure and went to work for Fannie Mae, the mortgage giant.

Fannie Mae had major foreclosure issues at that time. He helped save Fannie Mae millions of dollars by utilizing loss mitigation systems he helped pioneer at the mortgage insurance company. Ross later founded Mortgage/Max, Inc., a mortgage brokerage company. Over the years Mortgage Max, Inc. has helped Texans realize the American Dream by funding hundreds of home loans.

Don and Ross remained the best of friends until Don’s death in 2002. At that time Ross acquired the company from Don’s Estate and merged it into the portfolio of properties he was already managing.

The company has continued to grow every year by offering quality service grounded in high ethical standards.

In 2009 Ross wanted to expand the company even more by converting the operation to a web based business platform. Ross did so, and then started purchasing additional management accounts from other management companies. Ross also decided to update the company name to CLICK REALTY, INC. to better reflect his vision and service goals.

Today Click Realty, Inc. provides complete asset management for individual investors, institutions, and estates. Click is active in helping lenders evaluate, manage, and sell their foreclosed properties. Click provides their many Tenants with quality properties, and superior service.
